Meet Dr. Borade

Raj Borade, MD, MBBS, is a board-certified gastroenterologist and internal medicine physician who offers expert care at Gastroenterology & Nutrition of Central Florida in The Villages, Leesburg, and Brownwood Paddock Square in Wildwood, Florida. Dr. Borade has been actively practicing gastroenterology in Florida since 2013, and he specializes in liver and biliary tract diseases.

After completing his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Dr. D.Y. Patil Medical School in India, Dr. Borade traveled to Norwich in the United Kingdom, where he completed his internal medicine residency at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital NHS Trust. He then moved to the United States and joined the internal medicine residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando, Florida, where he served as chief resident in his third year.

Dr. Borade then completed both liver and gastroenterology fellowships at Tulane University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. He looks forward to helping patients with a variety of GI issues.
