I think the doctors should review the office staff and the acting office manager. I am not a person who ever complains on these site but this is different. I went seeking help in September and decision made by non met people have costed me months of pain. I talked to Dr yesterday so as far as I am concerned I probably would not recommend this office for anything other than the colonoscopy and endoscopy until office staff is educated more
