Everyone was nice. My appointment was at 1pm and I was not seen until 1:45pm.

Being a new patient I was asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to my 1:45 appointment. I sat in the lobby for about 50 minutes before being seen. This was my follow up appointment weeks after my procedure. Prior to having my procedure I brought in all of my paperwork with my whole medical history, precious surgeries, list of all medications etc. During my appointment the attendant kept asking for my medications and prior surgeries, I told her they should have all that already. Twice she got up and went to the front desk to get this information. I could see that is was scanned into the computer. Dr. Gabriel was great. All in all great visit. *

I guess a five star is in order, especially with your staff. I did have a terrible time getting my appointment confirmed. Paperwork needed to be turned in prior to but I did not get the explicit instructions as to where to take instructions - until the day before at 12:00. Had never been to office (behind Aldi's) . I guess it was just miscommunication between myself and staff. OTHERWISE, everything else "came out okay". Very professional staff in the room day of procedure. Thank you all.

I like the doctor very much gives lots of good info. I was there on a follow up the girl tried to collect another co-pay I paid 40 and 85 this was follow on that thank you
